How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are partnered with USPS, UPS, FedEX, and DHL to offer the fastest shipping option possible depending on your order's destination. Orders are processed on the next business day. We ship out of southern California, and depending on destination it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. 


*SHIPPING UPDATE for the Holiday Season 2022:

As you would expect, around this time of the year, the process can take a bit longer than normal due to an overwhelming amount of orders.


Our goal is to ship within the next business day of your order. Sometimes, this can take a bit longer but we can assure you, our team is working as efficient as possible to get your order out the door. 


Once it it in the hands of the couriers, they too are dealing with delays. Delays that are out of our control unfortunately. Sometimes, they even miss their checkpoint scans and tracking isn't updated as it should. 


No matter what, we are committed to taking care of you and getting you what you ordered. So please, keep us updated, but also know that we are at the mercy of the couriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) once it is in their hands. Thank you for understanding. 


When is the last day to order in time for Christmas?

Standard Shipping last day will be December 12th. We do have an expedited shipping option at checkout if you are ordering after the 12th!


Can I Purchase The Bundle Deal But With Different Colors? 

Yes, you can! On our sales page underneath each Tool Roll option there is a menu box that will list each color combination.


I never received Order confirmation or shipping updates!

If you placed an order with us, you can be sure to expect update emails. Please check any "non-primary" inboxes in your email account, likely it ended up there. Also, be sure to check any other email aliases you use as it may have autofilled a different email during checkout. Feel free to reach out if neither work, and we will provide assistance. 


I selected VIP shipping, when will I receive my order? 

Our fulfillment team will process your order on the next business day. Once your order leaves our facility, the 2-4 day shipping timeframe will begin. 


Do your Tool Rolls come with Tools?

No our Tool Rolls do not come with Tools. 


Do you offer a military discount?  

Absolutely! Please send us an email at info@officialtoolroll.com and we will take care of you. Thank you for your service. 


Do you ship outside of the US?

Right now, we only ship to the US but reach out to us at info@officialtoolroll.com and we can work something out.


Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. In the unforeseen event that you do not receive confirmation please email us immediately at info@officialtoolroll.com. Or use the website chat feature. Real people ready to provide real solutions from 9-6pm EST M-F.

We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
