HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
Order by these dates to have your package delivered to carrier (USPS, UPS) by carrier-issued deadlines. These deadlines may differ from official carrier deadlines to account for Omoi processing times. Due to carrier reported volume slowdowns, delivery dates shipping timeframes are ESTIMATED and NOT guaranteed.
Economy, USPS First Class & Ground Advantage: Tuesday December 12 (11am EST)
USPS Priority: Tuesday December 19 (11am EST)
UPS Ground: Thursday December 14 (11am EST)
UPS 2nd Day Air: Monday December 18 (11am EST)
GUARANTEED DATE DELIVERY
If you require delivery guaranteed for a certain date, please choose UPS 2 Day. Please keep in mind that we require up to 24 hours to pull, pack and deliver your order to shipping carrier. Expedited delivery orders must be placed before 3pm EST in order to be processed the following day.
All orders placed after 3:00pm EST Wednesday Dec. 20 are not able to be rushed for holiday delivery, though we will continue to pack and ship with 1-2 day turnaround.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are partnered with USPS, UPS, FedEX, and DHL to offer the fastest shipping option possible depending on your order's destination. Orders are processed on the next business day. We ship out of southern California, and depending on destination it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
Can I Purchase The Bundle Deal But With Different Colors?
Yes, you can! On our sales page underneath each Tool Roll option there is a menu box that will list each color combination.
I never received Order confirmation or shipping updates!
If you placed an order with us, you can be sure to expect update emails. Please check any "non-primary" inboxes in your email account, likely it ended up there. Also, be sure to check any other email aliases you use as it may have autofilled a different email during checkout. Feel free to reach out if neither work, and we will provide assistance.
I selected VIP shipping, when will I receive my order?
Our fulfillment team will process your order on the next business day. Once your order leaves our facility, the 2-4 day shipping timeframe will begin.
Do your Tool Rolls come with Tools?
No our Tool Rolls do not come with Tools.
Do you offer a military discount?

Do you ship outside of the US?
Right now, we only ship to the US but reach out to us at info@officialtoolroll.com and we can work something out.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
