Shipping and Delivery

I placed my order. Now what?

Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. And once we have fulfilled your order (Usually within 1 day if order placed during the week and the following business day if placed on the weekend), we will email you your shipping confirmation and tracking number.


Delivery timeframes start once your order has been picked up by the carrier and left our fulfillment center not from when your order is placed. All timeframes are estimates provided to us by our carriers.

I never received a shipping confirmation.

Check all of your non primary inboxes! Often times, these emails land elsewhere other than primary. If you still can't find it reach out to us at info@officialtoolroll.com with your order number, or first and last name and we will help you figure it out! 

How long are shipping times?

We ship through (USPS) First Class Mail, FedEx, and UPS depending on destination. Orders are processed the same or next business day and shipping is around 2 to 5 business days. 

If you need to get it sooner, there is a 2 Day Express Shipping option at checkout for an additional fee. 

My package has been in transit for over two weeks.

Reach out to us at info@officialtoolroll.com. There are a myriad of reasons why this could be happening, but we will first make sure the address entered is correct, check with the courier, and see what the deal is. If it is longer than two weeks, we will make it right!

I received a "Delivered" email but the package still hasn't arrived.

This can happen from time to time as couriers will scan as delivered a day or two in advance. We've asked about this many times as to why this happens and no one seems to have a solid answer. Give it a day or two and if nothing shows up, then reach out to info@officialtoolroll.com and we will take care of you!  

Where do you ship?

All 50 United States at the moment. We will be expanding to other countries by the end of the year.
